AN APPLE FROM THE TREE OF KNOWLEDGE & EVIL

Many of us are familiar with the concept of Adam and Eve, and their consumption of an apple from the Tree Of Knowledge & Evil in the heavenly Garden of Eden: an act which caused their expulsion from said haven. Now, these earrings do not serve to fulfill any higher end objectives save the meeting of our weekly Etsy theme challenge deadline.

Just felt I should lay that down from the onset :)

The theme this time around was Tree. I confess to being utterly stumped at first. Like, what the h*** am I going to make with this theme??

Finally I settled on two options, i.e., Thor's Oak or The Tree Of Knowledge & Evil. The former held more potential, seriously, but the latter was just too saucy to pass up!!

So here you have it, my rendition of what could've transpired that fateful day in the Garden of Eden. And yes, those luscious Smooth Red Coral Teardrops ARE meant to echo that precise same apple with which Eve sealed hers and Adam's fate. Only my earrings show two apples because one would be way too lonely and I just couldn't bear the thought of a lonely apple.
